Custom Craft did a fabulous job on renovating our kitchen. Project manager, Bailey, kept project on time. All their contractors were on time, professional & neat. Sales manager, Kristina, provided great advice on all aspects of the renovation. We would use them again for sure.

I can hardly find the words to express how happy we have been with our complete kitchen and laundry remodel. Every step of the process has been a joy. From Design and planning with Kelli, to construction, to finishing touches it has been flawless. Paul and Tony have gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy with every detail. They have been reliable, timely, conscientious, and hard working. We HIGHLY recommend the entire team for any Kitchen/bath work anyone may be considering. (We are talking to them about doing an additional remodel because we have been so pleased with their work.)10/10 recommend.

After many years of knowing we needed to remodel our 1980s kitchen, our family placed our confidence in Custom Crafted Kitchens and Baths. From the initial design meetings with Kristina, she put our wants and needs into actual plans that turned out perfect. We appreciated her patience as we worked through the process! The quality of the materials available at the showroom met our expectations as well. Jason did a great job as general contractor and all the subs and other CCKB employees were professional and reliable. And we appreciated that the project finished on schedule. Our family is happy with our new kitchen, hardwood floors, and built-ins and highly recommend Custom Crafted Kitchen and Baths.

Highly recommend CCKB. They took on my project after we had a bad experience with our original contractor. They spell everything out in the contract on who is doing what so there are no surprises. They were fair, honest, and did what they said they would do which is unusual these days. Kelly is a great designer too. Loved how my bathroom and kitchen turned out.

My wife and I bought a house in 2024 that was built in 2002 (complete with all the things that were “in” 22 years ago). We knew we were going to completely renovate the inside of the house after purchasing and (in all honesty) I was not looking forward to having a renovation project of this scale on our plates right now. We have built a custom home in the past, as well as renovated homes. I wasn’t looking to completely “manage” the project on my own but I do have some trusted trades that I knew I could trust to handle “some” of this project. The downside was that I really didn’t know anyone in the “Kitchen and Bath” renovation space. I decided that what I needed was as design/build company that could handle our needs (one large kitchen, one master bathroom and two en-suite bathrooms). Since we were looking for someone that could help with ALL the things; design, showroom selections, demo, construction, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures etc…we decided to contract Custom Crafted Kitchens & Baths. This was BY FAR the best decision we have made in any of our house projects over the last 25 years. The team there was incredible. Kristina’s design and ability to listen to our needs, wants and ideas and design spaces that were exactly what we envisioned was amazing. Paul ran an exceptional schedule from a Project Management standpoint and Tony (what can I say about Tony)…he is one of those rare guys that does not walk away from a task without it being PERFECT. There were times when I told him, “Tony, that looks good to me, let’s move on to something else”…only for Tony to tell me, “nope, it’s not good enough yet” and he would continue until it was truly perfect. It’s rare to find folks these days that perform their trade like they were doing it in their own home. I cannot recommend this company enough. We will absolutely call them if we ever have any additional needs. Also important to mention…our large scale project ended up going 7% over budget and 2 weeks past the deadline. How many stories have you heard where this was the case??? Not many, I would imagine. The over budget numbers and project delays that I have seen friends and family members endure are WAY larger than this. CCKB, thank you all for a job well done. We couldn’t be happier with the end result of our new spaces.

We are absolutely thrilled with our bathroom remodel. The floor is gorgeous and the shower like an spa, and cabinet and fixtures perfect!! Kristina Weidner used some picture suggestions to create a dream come true. She had incredible vision and made perfect suggestions. The demo/installation crew were courteous, professional, talented, and always cleaned up after themselves. Jason was an outstanding Project Manager and communicated frequently. We did a full Master Bath remodel with them and are very happy with the results. Would recommend them to a friend for sure. Easy to work with and very cooperative through all stages of the project. Also they do a lot more than just kitchens and baths, so if you have a remodel or construction project reach out to them. We started out working with Kelli on design and planning the project (she was great!). Paul was our PM and I can not say enough good things about him, great to work with. Adam the ceramic tile guy was completely awesome with a great eye for detail and a dedication to delivering a level of perfection you do not see very often these days. Andy did carpentry and did a great job as well. Overall, all the folks on the project did a great job. We are very happy.

We engaged CCKB to remodel 2 residential bathrooms. They provided and installed the vanity cabinets, mirror framing and medicine cabinets. Communication was good and the project manager personable and prompt. There was one issue with the cabinet install which was corrected when when we requested rework. The quality of the cabinets was great. Overall we were satisfied with their products and work.
