Since founding the company in 2014, Jason has built a reputation for listening closely to homeowners’ needs and guiding them through the remodeling process with care. As the owner, licensed general contractor and lead project manager he combines hands-on construction knowledge, and project oversight to ensure every remodel runs smoothly from start to finish. He enjoys helping homeowners bring their vision to life while making the process enjoyable and stress-free. Outside of work, he fuels his adventurous side with motocross racing – a hobby that keeps him energized, and always ready for the next challenge.
Paul Snyder
Project Manager
Paul brings nearly three decades of remodeling experience to every project. As our Project Manager, Paul is the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly. He can do it all! From the first walk-through to the final punch list, Paul makes sure each project stays on track and that our clients always feel supported. He loves problem-solving and seeing a design come to life on site. When not managing remodel, Paul loves spending time outdoors with his family, cheering on NFL teams or working on DIY projects at home.
Bailey Youngs
Project Manager
As a licensed general contractor and Project Manager, Bailey brings energy, focus, and fresh ideas to every project. He enjoys tackling challenges head-on and making sure every detail is just right – all while keeping a positive, approachable attitude that clients and the team appreciate. When he’s not coordinating projects, Bailey enjoys working on his own home projects and motocross racing.
Kelli Keever
Lead Designer
Kelli brings over two decades of design experience and has been part of Custom Crafted Kitchen & Baths since 2015. She has an eye for detail and passion for creating spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful. Whether she is planning cabinetry layouts, picking finishes, or putting together 3D renderings, she enjoys helping clients visualize their dream home. Kelli has built a reputation for listening closely to homeowners’ needs and guiding them through the remodeling process with creativity, transparency, and care. She loves seeing the excitement on a client’s face when their vision becomes reality. When she’s not in the showroom, Kelli enjoys spending time with family and friends, enjoying live music, and boating on Lake Norman.
Kristina Weidner
Project Designer
Kristina has been designing since 2000, bringing decades of experience to cabinetry layouts and comprehensive room designs that seamlessly integrate all the elements of the space. Her attention to detail creates refined and inviting spaces, balancing style and practicality. Known for her attentive listening and partnership with clients, Kristina finds joy in the collaborative journey of guiding homeowners through the process. Her favorite moments are seeing the happiness in her clients’ eyes as their rooms are transformed into the spaces they’ve been dreaming of. When she is not designing, Kristina can be found sharing her gifts in ministry or spending time with friends and family.
Bella
Director of Greetings
Bella is always ready to greet visitors with a happy face. Her mission: to make every client feel welcome and instantly part of the Custom Crafted family. Playful, friendly, and full of energy, Bella ensures that nobody leaves the office without a smile. When not welcoming guests, Bella loves going for walks, chasing balls and supervising projects.
Tito
Chief Relaxation Officer
Tito keeps the office calm and cozy. He’s an expert at finding the comfiest spot in the showroom and reminding everyone to take a break. Loyal and Laid-back, Tito has a way of making clients feel at home the moment they walk in. Outside his “office duties” Tito enjoys long naps, sunny spots, and the occasional treat.
