I can hardly find the words to express how happy we have been with our complete kitchen and laundry remodel. Every step of the process has been a joy. From design and planning with Kelli, to construction, to finishing touches, it has been flawless. Paul and Tony have gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy with every detail. They have been reliable, timely, conscientious, and hard working. We HIGHLY recommend the entire team for any kitchen/bath work anyone may be considering. (We are talking to them about doing an additional remodel because we have been so pleased with their work.) 10/10 recommend.

My wife and I bought a house in 2024 that was built in 2002 (complete with all the things that were “in” 22 years ago). We knew we were going to completely renovate the inside of the house after purchasing, and (in all honesty) I was not looking forward to having a renovation project of this scale on our plates right now. We have built a custom home in the past, as well as renovated homes. I wasn’t looking to completely “manage” the project on my own but I do have some trusted trades that I knew I could trust to handle “some” of this project. The downside was that I really didn’t know anyone in the “Kitchen and Bath” renovation space. I decided that what I needed was as design/build company that could handle our needs (one large kitchen, one master bathroom, and two en-suite bathrooms). Since we were looking for someone that could help with ALL the things—design, showroom selections, demo, construction, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures etc.—we decided to contact Custom Crafted Kitchens & Baths. This was BY FAR the best decision we have made in any of our house projects over the last 25 years. The team there was incredible. Kristina’s design and ability to listen to our needs, wants, and ideas and design spaces that were exactly what we envisioned was amazing. Paul ran an exceptional schedule from a project management standpoint and Tony (what can I say about Tony!)—he is one of those rare guys that does not walk away from a task without it being PERFECT. There were times when I told him, “Tony, that looks good to me, let’s move on to something else,” only for Tony to tell me, “Nope, it’s not good enough yet,” and he would continue until it was truly perfect. It’s rare to find folks these days that perform their trade like they were doing it in their own home. I cannot recommend this company enough. We will absolutely call them if we ever have any additional needs. Also important to mention: our large-scale project ended up going 7% over budget and 2 weeks past the deadline. How many stories have you heard where this was the case??? Not many, I would imagine. The over budget numbers and project delays that I have seen friends and family members endure are WAY larger than this. CCKB, thank you all for a job well done. We couldn’t be happier with the end result of our new spaces.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Custom Crafted Kitchens & Baths for a complete kitchen reno, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The initial consultation was thorough and insightful. Kelli took the time to understand our vision, lifestyle, and preferences and translated them into a creative and functional kitchen layout. The execution phase ran very smoothly. Paul and team worked diligently to bring our design to life, and the craftsmanship was exceptional. They maintained a tidy work environment throughout the renovation and minimized disruptions to our daily routine. Across the board, we were most impressed with CCKB’s communication. They kept us informed at every stage, addressing any concerns promptly and ensured that we were comfortable with the progress. We enjoyed working with them and love our new kitchen!

We did a full Master Bath remodel with them and are very happy with the results. Would recommend them to a friend for sure. Easy to work with and very cooperative through all stages of the project. Also, they do a lot more than just kitchens and baths, so if you have a remodel or construction project, reach out to them. We started out working with Kelli on design and planning the project (she was great!). Paul was our PM and I cannot say enough good things about him—great to work with. Adam the ceramic tile guy was completely awesome with a great eye for detail and a dedication to delivering a level of perfection you do not see very often these days. Andy did carpentry and did a great job as well. Overall, all the folks on the project did a great job. We are very happy.

Our kitchen is almost done. Kelli was a joy to work with. We met with her multiple times to make decisions and get estimates, and everything has worked like a clock on our timeline. Floor installed by Jeff, cabinets by Andy, countertops and backsplash with finishing touches in the next few days. We were kept well informed and—having an engineer husband—details were highly important. We will use them again for a bath remodel in the future.

We have used Custom Crafted Kitchens & Baths to renovate four bathrooms as well as replace our kitchen floor and backsplash. Will use them again for any future projects as well. They are very professional and manage all aspects of the project. It’s great to have one point of contact to take care of everything so you don’t have to worry about who is doing what and when. Highly recommend!

We LOVE our new kitchen and bath! Thanks so much to the team at Custom Crafted Kitchens & Baths for leading us through the process. From finalizing the plan for the K&B, handling permits and inspections, and providing and managing their skilled professionals, CCKB did it all. The renovations were something we had planned and were excited about but also dreaded. In the past we had trouble working with and/or trying to work with contractors from no call, no show, no follow-up, lack of communication, but CCKB was different. We met several times prior to the proposal development to ensure they understood our goals. We thought we had finished our design when we met with the CCKB team. Kelli was very thoughtful in her approach to reviewing the design and made recommendations that improved the functionality and aesthetics of our final plan. Jason showed up with a team of professionals that we could tell day one knew their trade and how to work with us on our expectations. Of course, in construction there are always some unknowns, and the team always provided recommendations based on their vast experience and our goals for both the project and budget. The project manager provided constant updates. We always felt like we knew how the project was going and what was next. We would highly recommend CCKB.

During the process of selecting people to work with us to build our dream home, we selected Custom Crafted Kitchens & Baths based on their design work, attention to detail, and their eye on catching potential problems before they arise. We knew going in we would have some amazing design work and layouts for the space we had. They not only went above and beyond, but also helped in moving some cabinets around for better work flow in the kitchen area. The design work involved in the tile layout was a perfect ten. Our house not only has our dream kitchen but our dream master bath, powder room, and two stunning secondary baths. I would not hesitate to use them again. They are truly awesome at what they do!

We hired Custom Crafted Kitchens & Baths to design and implement a complete master bathroom remodel. We are extremely happy with the results. We found all of the people that we dealt with to be very competent, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to work with. They completed the project on budget and when they said they would. There is not a thing we would change with our new bathroom. We would use CCK&B for our next project and will recommend them to friends.

So far so great—Sharon has come up with an amazing new kitchen layout. She has helped me immensely with picking the cabinets, backsplash, countertops, and flooring while staying within my budget. Looking forward to signing the contract and getting this project started.

We were extremely happy with the outcome of our new kitchen! Kelli Keever was the first person we met and is the one who sold us on Custom Crafted Kitchens & Baths! She had great ideas, i.e., turning our desk area into a coffee bar/extra storage, built-in dog bowls, cookbook shelf, boxed glass-fronted cabinets over the sink which actually makes our kitchen look larger and absolutely grand! It absolutely has a custom look! We gutted our kitchen and put in all new cabinets, countertops, and backsplash! Andy Faust, who installed our cabinets, was professional, had a great attitude, and did a fantastic job. The team who installed the backsplash also was very professional and did a beautiful job.
